
Also, with a shellac and beeswax finish, plus the cedar of Lebanon liners, it smells divine.




Since returning to the workshop, we have been focused on creating our workbenches: it's quite a challenge, to go from small and delicate dovetail joinery to hefting huge pieces of timber around, cutting large mortice and tenon joints and the like.


As you can see, we're getting used to it, however. Here are the two end-frames for my bench, dry-assembled to test the fit.
